Roasted Potato Chunks

Ingredients

2 Lbs potatoes, cut into half-inch chunks

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 Tsp kosher salt

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tsp onion powder

1/2 Tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°f.

2.Cut potatoes into half-inch chunks, leaving the skin on.

3.Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
