Fajita-Style Grilled Onions & Peppers

Ingredients
●2 Cup mixed onions (white, red, scallions), sliced
●2 Cup bell peppers, sliced
●2-3 Jalapeños, sliced
●2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
●1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
●1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, optional
●1 Tsp kosher salt
●1/2 Tsp black pepper
●1/2 Tsp garlic powder
●1/2 Tsp onion powder
●1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
●1/2 Tsp chili powder
Instructions
1.Slice all onions and peppers into similar-sized strips.
2.Toss in a large bowl with olive oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, and all seasonings.
3.Grill over medium-high heat in a grill basket, tossing frequently, until charred on edges but still have some bite, about 12-15 minutes.
