Grilled Broccoli

Ingredients

1 Large head broccoli, large florets or halved

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 Tsp kosher salt

1/4 Tsp black pepper

1/4 Tsp smoked paprika

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, optional

Instructions

1.Cut broccoli into large florets. toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

2.Place directly on grill grates or in a grill basket over medium-high heat.

3.Grill for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until charred on edges and tender-crisp.
