Charred Jalapeño Salsa

Ingredients
●6-8 Jalapeños
●2 Tbsp avocado oil or neutral oil
●2 Garlic cloves
●1/4 Cup fresh cilantro
●1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
●1/2 Tsp kosher salt
●1/4 Tsp black pepper
Instructions
1.Place whole jalapeños directly on a gas burner flame or hot grill. char on all sides, turning with tongs, about 5-7 minutes total.
2.Transfer charred jalapeños to a container with a lid. cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
3.Peel off the charred skin with your fingers or a paper towel. cut off the stem tops.
