Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 Bunch asparagus, ends snapped

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 Tsp kosher salt

1/4 Tsp black pepper

1/4 Tsp smoked paprika

Optional, for finishing fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°f.

2.Snap the woody ends off each asparagus spear.

3.Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
