Ingredients

1 Large ripe mango, diced

1/4 Cup red onion, finely diced

1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Kosher salt, pinch

Instructions

1.Dice the mango, red onion, and jalapeño into a similar small dice.

2.Combine in a bowl with chopped cilantro.

3.Squeeze lime juice over everything and add a pinch of salt.
