Jerk Marinade

Ingredients

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tsp garlic powder

1 Tsp onion powder

1 Tsp smoked paprika

1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper

1 Tsp chili powder

1 Tsp ground allspice

1 Tsp dried thyme

1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

1.Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.

2.Place protein in a zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it.

3.Refrigerate — 2-6 hours for chicken and pork, 30-45 minutes for shrimp.
