Ingredients

1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1 Egg yolk

1 Tsp dijon mustard

1 Tsp worcestershire sauce

Garlic paste (2-3 cloves or store-bought)

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.If making garlic paste from fresh cloves, mince the garlic finely, sprinkle with salt, and use the flat of your knife to press and smear it into a paste on the cutting board.

2.In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce.

3.Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly to emulsify.
