Wedge Salad

Ingredients
●1 Head iceberg lettuce, quartered
●Blue cheese dressing
●4 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
●1 Tomato, diced
●1/4 Red onion, thinly sliced
●Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
●Black pepper
Instructions
1.Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into 4 quarters through the core. rinse and pat dry.
2.Place each wedge on a plate.
3.Drizzle generously with blue cheese dressing.
