Potato Wedges

Ingredients
●2 Lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
●2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
●1 Tsp kosher salt
●1/2 Tsp black pepper
●1/2 Tsp garlic powder
●1/2 Tsp onion powder
●1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 425°f.
2.Cut potatoes into thick wedges — quarter lengthwise, then halve each quarter.
3.Toss with olive oil and all seasonings.
