Home Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

1.5 Lbs potatoes, cut into small chunks

2 Tbsp avocado oil or evoo

1 Tsp kosher salt

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1/2 Tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tsp onion powder

1/2 Tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1.Cut potatoes into small, roughly half-inch chunks. leave the skin on.

2.Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or on a griddle over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3.Add potatoes in a single layer — don't crowd the pan. work in batches if needed.
