Greek Yogurt Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
●2 Lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
●1/2 Cup greek yogurt
●1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
●1 Tsp garlic powder
●1 Tsp kosher salt
●1/2 Tsp black pepper
Instructions
1.Peel and quarter potatoes. place in a large pot and cover with cold, salted water.
2.Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
3.Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
