Foil-Pack Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients
●1.5 Lbs potatoes, sliced thin (1/4 inch)
●1 Large onion, sliced into rings
●2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
●1 Tsp kosher salt
●1/2 Tsp black pepper
●1/2 Tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1.Slice potatoes into thin rounds, about a quarter inch thick. slice onion into rings or half-moons.
2.Lay out a large double-layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
3.Layer potatoes and onions alternating, drizzling olive oil and seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder between each layer.
