Ingredients

Mixed greens or romaine lettuce

1 Grilled chicken breast, sliced or diced

4 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 Hard-boiled eggs, quartered

1 Avocado, diced

1 Tomato, diced

Crumbled blue cheese

Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Kosher salt

Black pepper

Instructions

1.Spread a generous bed of mixed greens or chopped romaine on a plate or in a large bowl.

2.Arrange your toppings in rows across the greens: sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, quartered eggs, diced avocado, diced tomato, and crumbled blue cheese.

3.Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
