The Story

These have been a huge crowd favorite at every tailgate and party I've brought them to. Take a rack of King's Hawaiian rolls — don't separate them. Cut a square into the top of each one and pluck out the middles so you've got little cups. Brush the inside and tops with garlic butter, bake them until slightly crispy, then fill each one with sauce, mozzarella, half a meatball, more sauce, more cheese, and bake again until everything is melty. Top with parmesan. They're incredible and people lose their minds over them.
