The Story
“This is one of the things I ate most growing up and it's still in the rotation. The topping is a mix of mayo, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and my base five seasoning. Spread it on top of a pounded chicken breast and bake it. The mayo keeps the chicken incredibly moist while the breadcrumbs and parmesan form a crispy, savory crust on top. It sounds simple because it is — and it's really good. This is also the base for my chicken salad recipe.”
