The Story

This is a side that goes with any pasta meal on the site — bolognese, chicken parm, sausage pasta, lasagna, all of them. The garlic butter is just softened butter mixed with garlic powder or fresh minced garlic, parsley, salt, and parmesan. Spread it generously and broil it — watch carefully because it goes from golden to burnt fast under the broiler. You can also wrap it in foil and bake at 375°F for a softer version if you prefer that over crispy.
