  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika

Assembly

  2. 2.Toss with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. 3.Heat a grill, griddle, or pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4.Cook the chicken in batches — don't overcrowd the pan. You want a sear on the cubes, not steamed chicken.
