Baked Beans
Canned baked beans dressed up with ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, onion, and mustard, baked until bubbly. Optional diced bacon on top takes it over the top.

Ingredients
- ●28 oz can Bush's baked beans (any variety)
- ●1/3 Cup ketchup
- ●1/4 Cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- ●3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- ●1 small onion, finely diced (or dried onion)
- ●1 Tsp mustard
- ●Raw diced bacon, for topping (optional but recommended)
Assembly
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2.In a baking dish, combine the baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, diced onion, and mustard. Stir well.
- 3.If using bacon, scatter the diced raw bacon on top.
- 4.Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the bacon (if using) is rendered.
- 5.Serve warm. Recipe can be doubled or tripled for a crowd.
